HaloPrime Appointment Reminders is a text message (SMS) program that sends transactional reminders to customers who have scheduled a DISH or Starlink installation with HaloPrime. Each message includes your appointment window, the assigned technician's first name and direct cell number, and the HaloPrime office phone number.

2. How you opt in

You are enrolled when you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive appointment-related texts at the time you schedule an installation with HaloPrime, either by phone with a HaloPrime representative or through DISH's installation scheduling process.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency is recurring and varies based on your scheduled appointments.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

5. Help and opt-out

For help, reply HELP to any message or call our office at 801-226-3737. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from this program.

6. Privacy
